Both. KAAGJ is turnkey: we take a project from the first drawing through to a finished, handed-over home. You get one accountable team for design, site supervision and execution, so you're never left coordinating between a designer and separate contractors.

You get a clear, itemised estimate before any work begins.
A full 2–3BHK turnkey project usually runs a few months from design sign-off to handover, depending on scope and site conditions. We give you a realistic timeline during planning and keep you updated at every stage.
We work across Mumbai (including Andheri, Goregaon, Thane, Mulund, Borivali, Bhandup, Worli and Juhu) and Pune, including Baner, Wakad, Balewadi, Hinjewadi and surrounding areas. If your home is nearby, ask us. We regularly take projects across both cities.
We learn how you actually live, look at your existing plan, and talk through what isn't working: flow, light, storage, wasted space. You come away with a clear sense of our approach and what re‑planning could do for your home.
