Both. KAAGJ is turnkey: we take a project from the first drawing through to a finished, handed-over home. You get one accountable team for design, site supervision and execution, so you're never left coordinating between a designer and separate contractors.

As a guide, our turnkey 2BHK+ interiors (design plus full execution) typically start around ₹15 lakh and rise with the size of the home, the joinery and the finishes you choose. You get a clear, itemised estimate before any work begins.
A full 2–3BHK turnkey project usually runs a few months from design sign-off to handover, depending on scope and site conditions. We give you a realistic timeline during planning and keep you updated at every stage.
