Why an architect
re‑plans first

The plan comes before the finishes.
A decorator works with the walls you have; an architect asks whether the walls are in the right place. Before a single finish is chosen, we study how you actually move through the home.
Where does the morning sun land? Which rooms never get used? Why is the passage always wasted? The fix is usually the plan, not the furniture.
The best design decision is often a wall that isn't there anymore.
Start with the plan
We map the existing layout, mark the friction points (a cramped kitchen, a wasted passage, a dark bedroom) and sketch alternatives before committing to anything visible.
Only once the plan works do we move on. It's slower to start, but it's the difference between a home that looks good in photos and one that works every day.

Mapping flow and light before styling.
Then design around it
Once the plan works, materials and styling follow naturally. The home feels right because the bones are right.
That's the whole idea behind KAAGJ: architecture first, then interiors that fit the life inside them.
