About the project
Grandeur is a turnkey 2BHK interior in Andheri, Mumbai: an architect-led home that makes a compact flat feel calm, warm and generous.
KAAGJ planned the flat around how the family lives, then designed every element on top of the layout: custom joinery, a considered lighting plan, and a warm, contemporary palette of soft neutrals that makes the 2BHK feel larger than its carpet area.
Signature curved and arch motifs (in the wardrobe shutters, open shelving and detailing) give the home a distinct, elegant character while keeping storage and everyday function front and centre. Like every KAAGJ project, it was delivered turnkey, from the first drawing to a clean handover.
